India property show in USA May 2008

The fourth annual India property in USA will be held during May 3-11 in Dallas, Seattle and Sunnyvale, CA. Organised by Chennai based Priya Publications, publishers of real estate magazines, the 2-day show in each location will display a range of residential and commercial projects under development across the country.
Property developers from cities such as Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Goa, Mumbai and Pune will showcase investment opportunities available ranging from apartments, duplex, and villas to office space.
For institutional investors and high net worth individuals, a range of investment opportunities available across select cities will be separately displayed to highlight areas of growth. Housing finance companies and banks will extend spot approval of home loans on submission of basic documents during the show. Investor conference will be held every day in all the locations. Besides informative real estate publications and free exhibition catalogues, NRI advisory services on legal and taxation matters will be offered to visitors during the show scheduled from 10 am to 8 pm.
